1 pouch MAMA SITA'S All Purpose Marinade 80ml
1/4 tsp GFRESH Ginger, grated
2 tbsp UFC Hapi Fiesta vegetable oil 200ml, for frying
2 tbsp GF Spring onions, chopped for garnish
1/2 tsp LI SUREE Sesame oil 150ml, for garnish
500g MAGNOLIA Chicken thigh fillet, cut into 1in x 2in strips
2 tbsp GFRESH Onion, sliced thinly
5 cloves GF Garlic, grated
1 pouch MAMA SITA'S Oyster Sauce 15g
5 tbsp FRESH ONE Pear or Apple, grated
1 pc FRESH ONE chili labuyo, chopped (optional) for garnish
1 tsp JAM sesame seeds toasted, for garnish
1/2 tsp EQUAL Brown sugar 1/4kg
30 ml Water
3 tbsp GFRESH Carrot, sliced thinly
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for garnish. Mix well and marinate chicken mixture for 4 hours. Remove chicken, and set aside the marinade mixture.
2. In a pan, heat UFC Hapi Fiesta oil and sear the chicken for about 10 minutes each side or until cooked.
3. Remove the cooked chicken from the pan.
4. To make the sauce: in a saucepan, cook the marinade mixture for about 10 minutes or until thick. Set aside.
5. Put the cooked chicken on a platter and glaze with the cooked sauce. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with spring onions, sesame seeds, and red chilies.
