2 tbsp UFC Hapi Fiesta vegetable oil 200ml
1 tsp GF garlic, minced
1 pouch DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce 200g
1/2 cup GFRESH carrots regular, diced small
1/2 tsp ISPICE Black pepper cracked 30g
1.2 Kg MRS. GARCIA'S ground pork
1 pc PURE BASICS laurel leaves 10g
3 tbsp SILVER SWAN soy sauce 200ml
12 tbsp GFRESH Red onion, sliced
1 cup Water
3/4 cup GFRESH potato regular, diced small
1. In a pan, put UFC Hapi Fiesta oil then sauté GFRESH onion, GF garlic, and MRS. GARCIA'S groud pork until slightly browned.
2. Add DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce, water, GFRESH potatoes, and carrots. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add ISPICE black pepper, SILVER SWAN soy sauce, and PURE BASICS laurel leaf then simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked.
