1 pouch DEL MONTE Tomato Paste 150g
1 cup Water
1kg MRS. GARCIA'S Beef brisket, cut into chunks
500g MRS. GARCIA'S Beef tenderloin, cut into chunks
3 pcs PURE BASICS Laurel leaves 10g
5 cups ROOSTER Premium rice, steamed
1 bunch PG Fresh Pechay Bok choy, blanched (Optional)
1 pouch DEL MONTE Quick 'n Easy BBQ Marinade 200ml
1/4 cup PG Fresh onion native red, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp PURE BASICS Fried Garlic minced 30g
1/2 tsp JAM cinnamon powder 50g
1/3 cup Crystal Finds rice wine 520ml
2 tbsp EQUAL refined sugar 1/4kg
5 pcs D6 star anise 30g
1. Put all ingredients in a sauce pot.
2. Bring to a boil then turn down heat to simmer covered for 3 hours or until beef brisket & tenderloin are fork tender
3. Serve with PG Pechay bok choy and steamed rice
