1 pouch DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce 200g
1/2 kilo MAGNOLIA CHICKEN BREAST 500g
1/2 kilo MAGNOLIA CHICKEN BREAST FILLET (JABA) 500g
1/2 kilo MAGNOLIA CHICKEN THIGH FILLET 500g
1 tbsp. MCCORMICK IODIZED SALT 500G
1 tbsp. PURE BASICS BLACK PEPPER POWDER 30G
1/2 cup LI TROPICAL PALM OIL PET 250ML
2 tbsp PG FRESH GARLIC, sliced
1 tsp. DATU PUTI PATIS 150ML
1/2 cup Water
1 pc. EQUAL FRESH EGG M6s (NORSTAR), slightly beaten
1 tbsp. PG FRESH ONION WHITE, sliced
1/4 cup PG FRESH ONION NATIVE RED, sliced
1. Season Magnolia chicken breast fillet or Magnolia chicken thigh fillet with 1 tbsp McCormick iodized salt and 1 tbsp Pure Basics black pepper powder.
2. In a pan, heat LI Tropical Palm oil and fry the chicken until cooked then set aside.
3. In a separate pan, saute PG Garlic, PG Onion, Datu Puti patis, and Del Monte Filipino Style Tomato Sauce for 2 mins.
4. Add water, cooked chicken, and dash of pepper then bring to boil, cover and simmer for 10 mins.
5. Add Equal fresh egg and allow to set slightly then stir.
6. Add PG white onions then turn off the heat and serve immediately.
