Ingredients:

1/2 cup M.Y San Crushed Honey Grahams 200g
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA BUTTERCUP SALTED 200G, melted
1/2 tbsp. MR. GULAMAN POWDER UNFLAVORED WHITE 19G, (mixed with 1/4 cup water)
1/2 can ALASKA CONDENSADA 300ML
1/2 can ALASKA EVAPORADA 370ML
3 pcs Egg yolks from EQUAL FRESH EGG M 12's
1 tsp. MCCORMICK VANILA EXTRACT 20ML

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the M.Y. San Crushed Honey Grahams and melted Magnolia Buttercup. In a cupcake pan put cupcake liners 3 oz. and scoop 1/2 tablespoon of graham mixture in each liner and press down lightly, then chill for a few minutes inside the fridge.
2. In a casserole, mix the egg yolks, Alaska Condensada, Alaska Evaporada, McCormick Vanila Extract and Mr. Gulaman powder unflavored. Cook in low heat and stir continuously until the small bubbles start to appear on the sides. Remove from the heat then strain in a bowl. Let it cool.
3. Pour the egg & milk mixture in each cupcake liner and prick the bubbles using a toothpick.
4. Chill overnight and serve cold.
