ARGENTINA GINILING PINOY SPAGHETTI

Ingredients:

6 cloves PG Fresh Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Li Tropical Palm Oil 250ml
4 pcs Swift Mighty Meaty Hotdog Regukar 1kg, sliced
2 Pouches Hunts Pinoy Style Spaghetti Sauce 250g
2 tbsp UFC Banana catsup
4 tbsp Equal brown sugar 1/4kg
1 pack White King Fiesta spaghetti noodles 400g
Pinch Pure Basics Iodized Salt 500g (to taste)
2 tbsp Chizboy Grated Parmesan cheese 350g (toppings)
1 can Argentina Ready-to-use Giniling 250g 
1 cup Water or pasta water
¼ cup DATU PUTI Vinegar 350ml bottle
2 pcs PG Fresh Onion red, minced
Pinch Pure Basics Black pepper 100g (to taste)

Preparation:

1. Cook White King Fiesta spaghetti noodles according to package directions and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
2. In a sauce pan, heat Li Tropical Palm oil and sauté PG onion & PG garlic until aromatic.
3. Add Argentina Ready-to-use Giniling and Swift hotdog until light brown in color.
4. Put Hunts Pinoy Style Spaghetti sauce, UFC Banana catsup and pasta water then simmer for 5-6 minutes.
5. Season with Equal Brown sugar, Pure Basics salt & pepper according to your taste.
6. Put cooked noodles on a serving plate and top with spaghetti sauce.
7. Garnish on top with Chizboy parmesan cheese.
8. Season BANGUS with 1 tbsp Datu Puti Vinegar and half of Wow Sarap Seasoning. Coat with CREAM All purpose flour. Fry until just golden brown. Set aside.
