Ingredients:

1 pack Lucky Me! Pancit Canton Original
1 pack Lucky Me! NAM NAM GRANULES 4G
20 pieces EQUAL LUMPIA WRAPPER, Small
1 piece EQUAL FRESH EGG M6s (NORSTAR), egg white only
1/4 cup PG FRESH ONION SPRING, chopped
1/4 cup PG FRESH CARROTS, thinly sliced
1/4 cup JUFRAN SWEET CHILI SCE 90G, for dipping
1/4 cup PG FRESH ONION RED, thinly sliced
1/2 cup BAGUIO PURE COCONUT OIL SUP 175ML

Preparation:

1. Cook Lucky Me! Pancit Canton Original according to package directions. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine cooked pancit canton with PG carrots, PG onions and Lucky Me! Nam Nam. Mix until well combined.
3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of Pancit canton mixure into a piece of Equal lumpia wrapper and roll tightly.
4. Seal edges with water or Equal fresh egg white. Repeat the process until the mixture is used completely.
5. Deep fry in hot Baguio pure coconut oil until golden brown and drain on paper towel or strainer. Serve with Jufran sweet chili sauce on the side.
