Ingredients:

1 cup MUSCOVADO RAW SUGAR
3 tbsp QUEEN BAKING POWDER
1 tsp PURE BASICS IODIZED SALT
4 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD SALTED BUTTER, melted
1/2 tsp MCCORMICK NUTMEG GROUND
1 bottle CLARA OLE MANGO JAM
2 cups NESTLE FRESH MILK
4 cups QUAKER OLD FASHIONED ROLLED OATS
1 cup GROWERS SALTED CASHEW NUT
4 pcs BOUNTY SPECIALTY EGG ORGANIC

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients - Quaker old fashioned rolled oats, Growers salted cashew nuts, Muscovado sugar, Queen baking powder, Pure basic iodized salt and McCormick nutmeg ground. Mix to incorporate well.
2. In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients. Nestle Fresh milk, Bounty specialty egg, Magnolia gold salted butter and Clara Ole Mango Jam.
3. Slowly fold in all wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
4. Take a 12" round pan or a 10x10 square baking pan and brush with Magnolia Gold salted butter.
5. Line baking pan with baking paper.
6. Pour the batter into the baking pan and let it sit for 20-30 minutes before baking.
7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit and another 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
8. Cool and cut into desired shapes.
9. Serve with Mango Jam on top
