Recipe
Ingredients:

1 pc Knorr Shrimp Cube 10g
200g Fresh Always Pork belly, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp Jolly Heart Mate Canola Oil 500ml
1 pc PG Fresh Red onion, chopped
1 tbsp PG Fresh Ginger, cut into strips
3 pieces PG Fresh tomatoes, cubed
2 cups PG Fresh Squash, cubed
½ cup Water
1 bunch PG Fresh string beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
6-8 pcs PG Fresh Okra, sliced
2 tbsp Barrio Fiesta Bagoong Sauteed Shrimp Paste Regular 250g
3 cloves PG Fresh Garlic whole, chopped
1 pc PG Fresh ampalaya, sliced thinly
1-2 pcs PG Fresh eggplants, sliced

Preparation:

1. In a pan, put Jolly canola oil and fry Fresh pork belly until brown and crispy. Drain and set aside.
2. Using the same pan, sauté PG onions, PG ginger, PG garlic. Add PG tomatoes and continue sauteing until soft then add Barrio Fiesta shrimp paste. Mix well.
3. Add PG squash, water and Knorr Shrimp Cube. Cover and let cook over medium heat for 8 minutes.
4. Add PG string beans, PG ampalaya, PG eggplants and PG okra. Mix and cover. Let cook for 5-8 minutes.
5. Transfer the mixture into the serving plate and put fried pork belly on top. Serve warm.
