Ingredients:

1/3 cup PPC Carrots regular, grated
1/3 cup PURE BASICS bread crumbs 230g
3/4 cup Water
1 pouch MRS. GARCIAS Ground pork
1/2 cup PUREFOODS Tender Juicy hotdog giant 1Kg, chopped or PUREFOODS Star Cheesedog balls 500g
2 tbsp LI FRAISWELL Vegetable oil 250ml
2 tbsp FRESHONE garlic whole, minced or WS GARLIC whole, minced or FREP Garlic whole, minced or PGP Garlic whole, minced
1/2 cup CHIZBOY Grated Parmesan cheese 350g
1pc EQUAL Fresh egg M6s Norstar, beaten
300g DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce Filipino style 200g
1/3 cup PG Fresh onion red, chopped
2 tbsp DATU PUTI soy sauce 200ml
½ tsp PURE BASICS Black pepper powder 30g

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix MRS. GARCIA's ground pork, PG onion, PUREFOODS hotdog, PPC carrots, EQUAL Fresh egg, PURE BASICS bread crumbs, and DATU PUTI soy sauce together until well incorporated. Divide the embutido mixture into 2 then form it into logs.
2. In a large pan, sauté the PG garlic in LI FRAISWELL oil then add DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce, PURE BASICS pepper, and water. Add the embutidos then let it simmer covered until cooked. Flip the embutido after 10 minutes.
3. Add CHIZBOY Grated Parmesan cheese then mix until melted. Serve.
