Ingredients:
1 pack Lucky Me! Beef na Beef Instant Mami 55g
1 tablespoon Baguio Pure Vegetable Cooking oil
1/2 kilo Ground Beef
2 cups Water
1 teaspoon Puregold Equal Sugar
1 piece MCCORMICK STAR ANISE WHOLE 10G
1 piece Garlic, fried & chopped
1 teaspoon Spring Onions, chopped for garnish
Preparation:
1. Heat cooking oil in a pot and sauté beef until lightly browned
2. Add water, sugar, and star anise. Let it boil until beef is tender
3. Add Lucky Me! Beef na Beef Instant Mami. Cook for 3 minutes
4. Sprinkle seasonings of Lucky Me! Beef na Beef Instant Mami and stir
5. Top with fried garlic and chopped spring onions for garnish
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
