Recipe
Ingredients:

1 CUP PG FRESH ONION NATIVE RED, chopped
150G FRESH ALWAYS PORK BELLY, sliced into strips
4 1/2 CUP PTV SQUASH, sliced into 1 1/2 inch chunks
2 CUPS PG FRESH STRING BEANS, sliced into 3 inch length
1 CUP WATER
2 TBSP FRAISWELL VEGETABLE OIL POUCH 500ML
2 TBSP PG FRESH GARLIC WHOLE IMPORTED, pounded
1 PACK DEL MONTE QUICK N EASY GATAMIX 60G (dissolved in 1/2 cup water)

Preparation:

1. Heat FRAISWELL vegetable oil in a pan then sauté PG Fresh onion and garlic. Add the FRESH ALWAYS pork belly meat and sauté until lightly browned. Cook for about 7 minutes.
2. Add PTV squash, PG string beans and water. Cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add the dissolved DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Gata Mix and stir. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes or until thick.
4. Put in a serving plate.
