1 pouch DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce 200g
3/4 cup Water
3/4 cup JOLLY whole mushroom 198g, quartered
5 tsp KNORR liquid seasoning 250ml
1/2 cup NESTLE All purpose cream 250ml
1/4 cup ELLE & VIRE Extra light 75% butter 250g
800 grams MRS. GARCIA'S beef sirloin, cut into strips
2 tbsp LI SUREE Sesame oil 150ml
3/4 tsp PURE BASICS fried garlic minced 30g
1/4 cup PG FRESH onion native red, minced
1. In a pan, put MRS. GARCIA'S beef sirloin and brown the meat in batches. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté PG fresh onion and PURE BASICS fried garlic for 2 minutes then pour DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce. Bring to a boil then simmer for 1 minute.
3. Add water, JOLLY mushroom and KNORR liquid seasoning. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add the meat.
4. Turn off the heat then add NESTLE cream and ELLE & VIRE butter.
