Ingredients:

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD UNSALTED 225g
1 MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE 185g
1 MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CRM 250ml
1/4 tsp PURE BASICS ROCK SALT 500g
1 kg PG SALMON BELLY (FUB) 500g
1/2 tsp PG FRESH GARLIC WHOLE IMPORTED, CHOPPED
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE BLOCK 165g
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE BLOCK 1K
3 cups GF SPINACH BAGUIO

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Using a pastry brush, spread Magnolia butter at the bottom and sides of a large 8x12 inch ovenproof dish.
2. In a bowl, combine Fresh Garlic, Magnolia Quickmelt cheese, Magnolia Cheezee, Magnolia Cream Cheese and Magnolia All-purpose cream. Mix well until smooth.
3. Spread spinach at the bottom of the baking dish.
4. Season PG Salmon Belly fillet with Pure Basics rock salt and arrange fish on top of the spinach followed by Magnolia cheese mixture.
5. Cover fish with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove foil in the last 8 to 10 minutes of baking.
