Ingredients:

1/2 CUP BMI LETTUCE GREEN ICE, shredded leaves
1 CAN SAN MIGUEL DEL MAR TUNA CHUNKS IN OIL 185g, drained
1/2 CUP FRESH Cucumber, sliced
1/3 CUP MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE 1.8L
2 TSP Fresh garlic, chopped
6 PCS Small flour tortillas or pita bread, lightly warmed or toasted
1 PC PG FRESH TOMATO NATIVE 100G

Preparation:

1. FOR GARLIC SAUCE: Mix Magnolia Real mayonnaise and Fresh garlic then set aside.
2. TO WARM STORE BOUGHT TORTILLAS (follow any of these):
3. (a) Place in a dry hot pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
4. (b) Wrap stacked tortillas in paper towel, then wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 300°F about 10 minutes.
5. (c) Cover tortillas with damp paper towel and microwave for 1 minute.
6. 3. TO ASSEMBLE: In the center of each flour tortilla, place 1 to 2 tablespoons of lettuce leaves, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and San Miguel Del Mar tuna. Drizzle with garlic sauce.
7. 4. Fold tortilla to secure filling.
