Ingredients:

1 pack LUCKY ME! Pancit Canton Sweet and Spicy 60g/80g
1 tsp PG Fresh Garlic
1 tbsp PG Fresh Onion native red, chopped
1 tbsp PG Fresh Bell Peppers red, sliced
1/4 tsp McCORMICK Basil leaves whole 9g (Optional)
Pinch PURE BASICS iodized salt 500g, to taste
1 tbsp UFC Hapi Fiesta Vegetable Oil pouch 500ml
1 pc MAGNOLIA Chicken Breast, sliced (Optional)
1-2 tbsp UFC Sweet Chili Sauce 340g
1 tbsp HAPPY Peanut Plain 25g, Crushed
1 tsp PG Fresh Spring Onions. Sliced
Pinch EQUAL Brown sugar 1/4kg, to taste

Preparation:

1. Cook LUCKY ME! Pancit canton noodles according to package directions, set aside pocket seasonings.
2. Heat UFC Hapi Fiesta Veg oil in a pan then saute PG garlic, PG onion and PG Bell peppers until aromatic.
3. Add in MAGNOLIA chicken breast (optional)
4. Season with UFC sweet chili, PURE BASICS salt and EQUAL Brown sugar.
5. Toss in cooked noodles and seasonings.
6. Toss in sliced PG spring onion.
7. Transfer to a serving plate and top with crushed HAPPY peanuts.
