Recipe
Ingredients:

1 pack SEAKING SMOKED BANGUS 420G OR P FRESCA BANGUS MEDIUM, (cut into serving pieces)
2 pouches MAMA SITA'S Barbecue Marinade 150ml
1 1/2 tsp PG Ginger, grated
2 tsp PG garlic, minced
1/4 tsp PURE BASICS BLACK PEPPER POWDER30G
1 tsp LI SUREE SESAME OIL 150ML
1tbsp PG spring onions, chopped
1 tsp JAM SESAME SEEDS 30G

Preparation:

1. In a small bowl, combine the Mama Sita's Barbeque Marinade, PG ginger, PG garlic, Pure Basics Black pepper and Ll Suree sesame oil for the teriyaki sauce. Mix well.
2. Grill Fresca or Seaking bangus. Use 1/2 of the Teriyaki sauce mixture to baste both sides of the fish until it begins to caramelize.
3. Remove from heat and transfer to sizzling plate. Pour the rest of the sauce. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot
