Mr. Huang has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2017. Mr. Huang is also the Vice-President of Abacus Capital and Investment Corp., a Director of Cebu Business Continuous Forms and Richmedia Network, Inc., and a member of the Board of Trustees of Sacred Heart School (Ateneo de Cebu). Mr. Huang also serves as a Director of Philippine Bank of Communication, a PSE-Listed Company. Mr. Huang graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Arts, major in Economics, from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1975.
