Ms. Pico, is a highly distinguished banking executive and governance expert with over five decades of professional experience.

She currently serves as the Chairman of Pagasa Philippines Finance Corporation, where she is also a member of the Remuneration and Audit Committees. She holds the position of Independent Director at PayMaya Philippines, where she chairs the Risk and Compliance Committee and serves on the Audit Committee. Additionally, she serves as Chairman of Producers Savings Bank Corporation and its Executive Committee, having previously acted as Director and Consultant for the bank. Her current board portfolio also includes roles as Director and President of Gilart Holdings Corporation (since 2006) and Director and Treasurer of Marinor Development Corporation (since 1980). She recently concluded a long tenure as an Independent Director for the Philippine Bank of Communication (PBCOM), where she chaired the Governance Committee and served on the Audit and Related Party Transactions Committees.

Ms. Pico's career is highlighted by her 35-year tenure at the Land Bank of the Philippines, where she rose through the ranks from Assistant Vice President (1981–1985) to President and CEO (2006–2016). Throughout her time at LandBank, she held numerous critical leadership roles, including Senior Executive Vice President and Executive Vice President of the Agrarian and Domestic Banking Sector, as well as Senior Vice President (concurrently serving as Chief Finance Officer/Controller), Vice President of the Audit and Technology Group, and Assistant Vice President. Her leadership also extended to various LandBank subsidiaries and related entities, where she served as Chairman of the Board for Landbank Leasing Corporation, Landbank Resources and Development Corporation, National Livelihood Development Corporation, and People’s Credit and Finance Corporation. Furthermore, she served as a Director for the Land Bank of the Philippines (2005–2016), Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (2005–2016), ASEAN Finance Corporation, LTD. (2009–2016), LandBank Countryside Development Foundation (2002–2015), LBP Insurance Brokerage, Inc. (2005–2012), Masaganang Sakahan, Inc. (2005–2012), the Presidential Agrarian Reform Council (2005–2016), the Bankers Association of the Philippines (2007–2008), AFC Merchant Bank (2008–2016), and Asiatrust Bank (1985–2005).

Her professional journey began at Commercial Trust Bank, where she served as a Supervising Examiner, Supervisor of the Branches Administration Division, Senior Audit Examiner, EDP Programmer, Audit Clerk, New Accounts Teller, Foreign Clerk, and Remittance Clerk. Ms. Pico's exceptional leadership has been recognized through numerous honors, including the 2015 Banking CEO of the Year (Asia) and the 2015 Outstanding CEO award from ADFIAP.

She earned her Master in Business Administration from the University of the East and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Major in Accounting) from the College of the Holy Spirit. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Career Executive Service Officer.
