On June 23, 2012, Mr. Leonardo B. Dayao, President, and Mrs. Susan P. Co, Vice-Chairman, met with and personally congratulated the first batch of recipients of the company’s educational scholarship program granted to the children of qualified Puregold employees. 

 

            The program aims to provide assistance to employees in sending their children to school in the company’s pursuit of affording a better life to its loyal and deserving employees and their families.

 

            The scholarship program is in cooperation with Luis Co Chi Kiat Foundation, Inc.   It is a Management’s way of recognizing the notable contributions of its employees in the organization.

 

            The program covers educational scholarship grant to De La Salle University for Secondary (High School) and College education and to any State University for  College education. 

 

            This year’s recipients are the following :  1)  Jeanne Gabrielle C. Arieta, 1^st year High School at De La Salle – Araneta.  She is the daughter of Jennifer C. Arieta of Puregold Jr.-Starmall; 2) Enrico Miguel M. Zabayle, 2^nd year High School at De La Salle University.  He is the son of Frederic Immanuel F. Zabayle of Puregold-Pandacan; 3) Rizha Mae D. Soco, 1^st year, B.A .Applied Psychology at University of the Philippines, Clarkfield, Pampanga. She is the daughter of Romeo C. Soco, Jr. of Puregold-Sta. Maria; 4) Allan Christian C. Victoria, 1^st year, B.S. Architecture at Cavite State University, Indang Cavite.  He is the son of Arnel C. Victoria of Puregold-Tanza, and; 5) Gerald C. Dizon, 2^nd year, B.A. Organizational Communication at University of the Philippines, Manila.  He is the son of Maria Luisa C. Dizon of Puregold-Baliuag.
